I am preparing a contract that includes the terms for booking the desired date. Once you have signed the contract, I will send an invoice for 20% of the total amount, which will, of course, be deducted from the final invoice.

I am happy to recommend talented vendors such as DJs, makeup artists, florists, catering companies, and more. Just let me know if you need any suggestions. As the wedding approaches, we will go through the schedule and agree on how to allocate the hours you have hired me for.
